The beads are strung onto several cotton thread for durability and are meant to be tied on and worn long term. There is no stretch and the beads cannot be removed once tied. For weight loss, the beads will gradually fall as you lose inches. If you gain weight, are pregnant or bloated the beads will tighten/rise. Suitable for all body types. Perfectly safe for showering and swimming or everyday wear.

When you receive your beads, wrap the strand around your waist to your liking.  Measure at the narrowest part of your torso. If you're unsure, bend to the side and measure where your natural waist creases. Next, slide down any excess beads, tie several knots, then snip excess. Do not tie too tightly as you'll risk popping your strand(s), so please give yourself a little room.
