Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

en•HER•gy Accessories & Holistics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
